Below is the Privacy Policy for Join Allkind Inc. By using the allkind.com website and / or the Allkind iOS and Android mobile app(s), you are hereby referred to as the “customer” or “client” and acknowledge you understand our policies as it relates to your data and privacy.
Identity Protection for Users on the Platform
Profiles on the Allkind platform have their identities secured. We will not show the first name, last name, or specific location details of your profile (such as the city and state) to any viewer on the platform. This prevents Intended Parent(s) from associating the likeness of any donor or surrogate profile they are viewing with an actual individual. Furthermore, the details for Intended Parent(s) is also secured. This prevents donors and surrogates from seeing the names or specific location details of any intended parent. Photos are not uploaded by intended parents (avatars are selected instead).
Public Profile Data
Photos, videos, age, general location details, and the profile fields input by donors and surrogates may be viewable by Intended Parent(s) on the platform. Extended profile data may be viewable by premium level Intended Parent(s). With that said, some sensitive medical and personal information collected by Join Allkind Inc is hidden from intended parents, even if premium. This extended information is required for medical qualification purposes. It is issued to third party agency(s) and / or medical facilities upon a match being made, confirmed, and an agreement signed for continuation. At the time of continuation, Join Allkind Inc will release the profile details you submitted during your application to the said third parties.
Editing & Removing Data
As a profile owner on our platform, you have the ability to sign in and take your account offline (hiding it from public viewing), change, or delete your data from appearing on the platform at any time.
Geo-Location Data, Tracking, and Cookies
Join Allkind Inc currently does not utilize geolocation services nor do we install cookies (which may be used to track actions on our platform or be used to serve you ads), however, we withhold the right to do so in the future. We do not track the activity of our clients nor request the app activity from other app(s) you may have installed. Our privacy policy will be updated should such changes be made.
Data Issuance to Third Party Partners, Agencies, and Medical Facilities
Basic profile data without the issuance of identity information may be issued to 3rd party partners, agencies, and medical facilities. Data issuance to third party partners typically involves other organizations who may have a desire to match your profile with a candidate they may represent. In such scenarios, we may issue the public-facing data (and/or credentials for a 3rd party to log in and view such data) to preview your profile. The data made available to these third party partners mirrors what is viewable by intended parent(s). The scenario is also true for intended parent(s) who may be on the Allkind platform where a 3rd party partner may represent a surrogate or donor where the intended parent(s) may be a fit. Basic data that does not reveal the identity of the profile may be provided to our partners.
Upon a match service agreement being executed, agencies and /or medical facilities will require the full profile details be disclosed. We will issue all the records input by you, the client, to the said agency or medical facility which you will continue to work with after our matching service is complete.
Session Data
Your session is your personal device’s keep-alive connection to our platform. Thumbprint or face login recognition is not associated with any data we collect or store. This is tied to the operating system manufacturer (Apple or Google) of the device you use. We will however retain an active session when possible (unless you explicitly log out) so that there is ease-of-use for you to log back in to the platform.
Data Resale & Distribution
We do not sell or distribute the data on our platform to any party. Gross collective data not directly associated with any one individual’s identity may be used for analytics, tracking, educational research, and more. For example; the number of people looking for a donor in a certain state, etc. No aspect of our data associates the individual with any data pool which may be used to our betterment or the betterment of the fertility industry.
Advertising & Display Usage
Join Allkind Inc may utilize copies of photos you provide us in our marketing, however, no identity information beyond what is found in the photograph may be used. For example, a digital ad, banners, billboard, website graphics, app graphics, demonstrative screenshots, and so on, may include a profile photo. Should an image be used in an advertisement that can be easily manipulated to result in the removal of your photograph, we will do so, typically within (30 days) of the said request, should you request the removal by emailing us. Please visit our contact us page and state “image removal” with specific details pertaining to your profile and identity so that we can confirm the advertising medium, your identity, and the photo you would like to have removed.
Business Transaction Disclosure of Data
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement Disclosure of Data
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
